The mountain descends into the city right in the heart of Monaco. From January 7 to February 28, a Swiss alpine chalet opens its doors to offer you a unique experience.

The Mountain Comes to You

No need to brave the cold or travel to Saint-Moritz or Gstaad to fully immerse yourself in a ski resort atmosphere.

The Novotel Monte-Carlo opens a pop-up restaurant perfectly integrated into the hotel space until February 28, from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. A chalet with typical and warm decor, dotted with quirky winter sports items, where you can enjoy typical Swiss mountain dishes.

On the Menu

When we say cold, mountain, and ski resort, we obviously mean comforting and convivial dishes. Thus, this pop-up restaurant invites you to enjoy the signature dishes of Tradiswiss, an ambassador of Swiss products, working on a “short circuit” to highlight the producer-artisans of the Swiss canton of Valais.

You will be equally charmed by the half-and-half fondue with its Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP cheese and Swiss AOP Gruyère, as by the traditional AOP raclette, and the IGP charcuterie slate to share.

Can you resist a sweet touch? Then let yourself be tempted by the authentic Swiss meringue with Gruyère double cream or a Swiss chocolate fondue accompanied by marshmallows and seasonal fruits.
