The 25th edition of the International Market of Real Estate Professionals (Mipim) is being held at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes until March 14. Once again, the event brings together the most influential players in the professional real estate sector – offices, residential, retail, healthcare, sports, and logistics – offering unparalleled access to the largest real estate development projects and sources of international capital.
On Thursday, March 13, Christian Estrosi, Deputy Mayor of Nice and President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, and Christian Tordo, President of the Public Land Development Organization for the Plaine du Var, will launch the first tertiary program “The Crown” of the Nice Méridia urban technopole, in the presence of Christian Devillers, urban planner and architect responsible for this innovative concept.
A Showcase for the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis and the Eco-Valley
MIPIM is an opportunity for major international metropolises to showcase their expertise and achievements in urban planning. Thus, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis presents flagship real estate projects of the EPA Eco-Valley Plaine du Var.
A major milestone of the project was reached last August with the creation of two mixed-use development zones, Grand Arénas and Nice Méridia.
The Grand Arénas, an international business center, will be one of the most strategic sectors of the Eco-Valley. Comparable to the largest business districts in Europe, the Grand Arénas will include the future exhibition center. These two zones are part of the grand project of the Eco-Valley, led by the EPA Eco-Valley Plaine du Var agency.
The EPA agency is prominently present at MIPIM to showcase the numerous opportunities offered by the Eco-Valley to investors, highlighting the wide range of real estate options, including the Nice Méridia urban technopole, which will host R&D facilities and the eco-campus of the University of Nice.
