The Paul Augier Hotel School has been selected for the national cooking competition “From School to Stars,” which will take place on March 16th in Paris.
The team from Nice will compete against five other classes with set dishes: veal rump and chocolate whipped cream.
The six finalists will be judged by the jury president Eric Pras, a chef with three Michelin stars, as well as other chefs and cooking instructors.
