This world premiere by Didier Van Cauwelaert, a writer, based on an idea by Raoul Mille, municipal councilor delegated to Literature, the Fight against Illiteracy, and History, and directed by Daniel Bénoin, director, actor, author, and producer, tells the story of the man who was the architect of the annexation of the County of Nice to France, Napoleon III.
