The 2007 forum aims to meet the expectations of the territory by facilitating the meeting of companies and job seekers at the same location on the same day.
This event is an opportunity to recruit selected and prepared candidates according to the needs of the companies. This preparation is carried out ahead of the forum through the involvement of ANPE counselors, Employment Activity Spaces of the Siagne Valley and Mouans-Sartoux, the Local Mission, Plie referents, etc.
It is also an opportunity to learn about a project for creating or taking over businesses, to receive advice on the programs, and to participate in workshops.
Mini-conferences will also be held to inform about in-demand professions: careers in construction, transportation, etc.
MOBILIZATION OF COMPANIES
Companies wishing to participate in the Forum have contacted the Grasse ANPE at 04 92 42 36 60 or by email at: ale.grasse@anpe.fr to confirm their participation and the registration of job offers they propose.
A digital mobilization brochure for companies was sent by email in May. This year, we are providing special reception to companies and offering them to attend a mini-conference on the theme of “career retraining”. Thus, the professionalization contract and the vocation platform will be presented to the companies around a welcome breakfast.
MOBILIZATION OF JOB SEEKERS
Invitation flyers and posters were sent to each partner at the end of May for display in public places.
Communication materials will be displayed in each structure, on the Sillages bus network, and also on about thirty billboards.
Job seekers were mobilized and prepared by each structure: ANPE, Local Mission, Plie, Handy Job, Employment Activity Spaces, etc.
Each structure organized preparation workshops targeted at their audience: job interview simulations, CV workshops, etc.
About thirty employment professionals will animate this day: ANPE, ASSEDIC, Local Mission of Grasse, Plie of the Pays Grassois, etc.
A professional will manage the animation of the Forum throughout the day.
