As every year, the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region is proud to associate with the solidarity actions carried out by the Food Bank of the Alpes-Maritimes.
Established in 1994, the Food Bank’s mission is the collection, management, and distribution of foodstuffs from industrial companies or large retail outlets. Based on the principles of gratuity, sharing, and volunteerism, it provides assistance each year to more than 20,000 people in need.
Anne-Julie CLARY, regional councilor, will be welcomed by Claude SUCOSKY, President of Food Bank 06, to inaugurate a new truck mainly funded by the Region.
This will also be an opportunity to meet with the many volunteers present and to review the situation of those benefiting from this aid in our department.
