Tired of a neglected neighborhood, lacking dynamism and still plagued by delinquency, the population desires a more peaceful life in their neighborhood. Currently, the city coexists with the construction sites, breathes in the dust, and endures the noise of road rollers. But no matter, as long as the neighborhood modernizes.
In 2013, a covered market will rise in place of buildings 3 and 7, demolished this winter. The smell of asphalt will give way to the freshness of fruits and vegetables. To stimulate the sector and promote the autonomy of the neighborhood, a small grocery store will be built across from the market.
In a few years, an East-West axis will cross the Moulins to open up and no longer turn its back on the center of Nice. In addition to the development of its transportation networks, the project will facilitate the creation of jobs for young people experiencing the most difficulties.
