Strict hygiene measures

As with the TGV and Ter, passengers must leave an empty seat next to them. Upon purchasing their tickets, a specific seat will be assigned to them. Onboard, the trains will be equipped with hydroalcoholic gel. The staff will ensure the compliance with mask-wearing.

Implementation of an exceptional refund system

The company has committed to fully refund travelers who purchased a ticket between March 9 and June 3 on the Marseille-Nice-Milan line. For the Marseille-Milan line, this applies to tickets sold from June 4 onward. Finally, those who acquired a ticket between June 4 and June 30 on the Paris-Venice line will also be fully reimbursed.
People wishing to purchase a paper ticket can now do so since June 4. The store, located on the forecourt of the Nice-Ville train station, has reopened its doors. (open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM)
