The day of the winter solstice is an opportunity to celebrate cinema, similar to the celebration of music on the day of the summer solstice. December 21st is the shortest day of the year, a good reason to spotlight film in its short form.
This second edition promises to give this international, creative, and free celebration more momentum.
The Hรฉliotrope Association, being a “network association” of the shortest day in the Alpes-Maritimes, is actively participating in this celebration in honor of short films.
Its role is to coordinate and assist local structures wishing to benefit from this national event. Many organizations have responded to the call, demonstrating an increasingly dynamic network around short films.
The events have been diversified by coordinating their schedules to offer an original, diverse, and representative path of short films, highlighting their vitality, creativity, and renewal.
