Elisabeth Vidal โ Andrรฉ Cognet accompanied by the symphonic orchestra of the Republican Guard.
It was a characterful idea to bring together the prestigious talent of the Symphonic Orchestra of the Republican Guard, led by Franรงois Boulanger, to accompany the high, so high voice of Elizabeth Vidal, the vocal bravery of Andrรฉ Cognet, and the sweet sound of Benoรฎt Wery’s harp. They will honor Bizet, Vivaldi, Delibes, Thomas, Donizetti, Saint-Saรซns, Massenet, and Verdi, alternately or together, in a charismatic tone.
The city of Nice is proud to host the orchestra of the Republican Guard for the first time, which only accentuates the exceptional nature of this concert not to be missed starting at 9 pm!

Wednesday, July 11: Electro-World evening
21h: David Krakauer Klezmerโs Madness and DJ Socalled
David Krakauer is today one of the most emblematic and talented figures of the distinctly New York movement of new Klezmer music, engaged in revitalizing an ancestral tradition naturally open to the most diverse and varied influences, with the most radical accents of contemporary jazz.
Socalled is innovative music with his “Yiddish hip-hop,” as he calls it, a mix of breakbeats and Jewish music updated by the artist, mixing his two cultures. The combination of these two artists constitutes an explosive mix.
22:30: Balkan Beat Box
The members of Balkan Beat Box have music fever in their bones: their supercharged cocktail of exotic folklore, urban hip-hop, and frenetic jazz punk refuses to be confined to any category.
Once our ear gets used to the saturated beats and powerful dub basses, to the cacophony of bold samples made of chicken clucks and female voices, it gradually perceives the enchanting melodies of the wind instruments. The result is all the more intense!
With a boiling stage performance, enhanced by a general good mood, the live show of Balkan Beat Box transforms into a true traveling exhibition with VJ, DJ, flamenco, and belly dancing.
