Since 1988, the Transvésubienne has been “the” ultimate mountain biking race. From La Colmiane to Nice, with the finish line at the Promenade des Anglais. The race was also open to women who, year after year, are climbing up the rankings in the general classification.
Nearly 700 brave participants set off at 6 am this Sunday, June 1st, from La Colmiane. The finish in Nice under a summer sun and stifling temperatures allowed many tourists and vacationers to take the opportunity to admire and applaud these brave and determined athletes.
The TRANSVÉSUBIENNE has always been a showcase for the overall advancement of the mountain biking discipline, and in this context, the new family of bicycles called electric-assisted mountain bikes is featured in one of the race categories.
