The birth of the new “center-right” party UDI has compelled its senior leaders to shift into high gear for its territorial organization. This was also the case for the regional leaders who, under the leadership of Rudy Salles, appointed coordinator in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (PACA) region, gathered over the weekend to discuss how to move forward.
Rudy Salles observes: “In all the federations, the feedback is positive. Beyond the legitimate questions, more and more people are mobilizing around the creation of the UDI.”
The Nice Deputy took the opportunity to call for a general mobilization ahead of the Nouveau Centre congress, which will be held in Valence (Drôme) on December 2nd and 3rd: “The main goal of this congress will be to align our statutes with those of the UDI.”
A propaganda effort still needs to be undertaken to convey the message. Afterwards, there will be a better restructuring of the relationships between the different components and personalities of the centrist galaxy.
