UPE 06 is mobilizing alongside all socio-professional categories in the tourism sector of the Côte d’Azur and opposes the plan to merge the two CRTs into a single Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur CRT in Marseille, as proposed by the regional tourism development scheme 2012-2016.
The Côte d’Azur represents 40% of tourism activity in the PACA region; the disappearance of the CRT Côte d’Azur would affect the activity of all tourism professionals in the area, and the visibility of the “Côte d’Azur” brand.
UPE 06 and all professional branches wish to implement all legal means to safeguard the CRT Côte d’Azur, an undeniable asset for promoting the Côte d’Azur territory.
