Presented by Philippe Candeloro and Christophe Pinna, this second edition of the Sports Victories will once again offer a highly prestigious lineup with the presence of big names in sports such as Fabien Barel, Victoria Ravva, Pierre Frolla, Marc Raquil, and the charming Virginie Dedieu. Numerous teams and multiple athletes will then be awarded medals for their performances throughout the 2009 sports season. Leaders will also be honored with awards recognizing their commitment and investment in shining a light on Nice’s sports scene.
Subsequently, the 6 female and 6 male athletes competing for the titles of best female and male athlete of the year will be presented. In the running on the women’s side: Séverine Christ-Thomas (Roller), Sonia Fiuza (Karate), Nadia Vigliano (Javelin), Valérie Nicolas (Handball), Nastasia Noens (Skiing), and Camille Muffat (Swimming). For the men: Loïc Remy (Football), Loïc Pietri (Judo), Clément Lefert (Swimming), Xavier Barachet (Handball), Baptiste Meyer-Dieu (Sailing), and Philippe Suchaud (Pétanque).
Who will be the champion and the champion of the year? For that, you will need to be at Acropolis tonight from 7 PM for the grand celebration of Nice’s sports.
