A substantive appeal as well as an interim suspension application have been filed with the Administrative Court of Nice against the municipal council’s resolution of December 10, 2021, approving the declassification and decommissioning of the building housing the TNN and approving its demolition.
The substantive appeal has not yet been judged, but the interim suspension application has.
Heard on Wednesday, February 16, before the Administrative Court of Nice, it was rejected.
This appeal was filed by Martine Bayard, the daughter of the theater’s architect and the sole heir of Yves Bayard.
