This final day was marked by suspense in Nice. Under a cloudy sky and fickle wind, Lorina Mojito – Golfe du Morbihan was competing for the top amateur position in the Tour de France à la Voile in the Baie des Anges. In the silver round, they contested two nautical stadium races against Trésors de Tahiti, Team France Jeune, FenêtréA Cardinal, and Natixis – YC St-Lunaire.
Unfortunately, after finishing last in one race and being disqualified for a false start, the young Mojitoboys relinquished the top spot in the amateur ranking to the crew of Erwan Fischer and Robin Follin (Team France Jeune).
