Université Nice Sophia Antipolis: 23rd university in France according to the CWUR

A ranking of the best universities has been published but should be read with some caution. Indeed, they are just indicators that lead to a final result. Nothing scientific (by changing certain parameters, one could have a different result) but still a useful indication, especially for striving to improve.

cwur.jpg According to this ranking, the University Nice Sophia Antipolis is the 23rd university in France, 218th in Europe, and 532nd worldwide.

The École normale supérieure de Paris takes the first place in the ranking of the 1,000 best universities in the world proposed by the Center For World University Rankings (CWUR), at the French level.

However, the school on rue Ulm only takes the 35th place in the world ranking, once again dominated by the American universities of Harvard and Stanford.

World: At this level, American universities overwhelmingly dominate the top of the ranking with 15 institutions out of 20. Harvard University, Stanford University, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology are on the podium.

In total, 50 French institutions are featured in this ranking. This places France in 6th position, behind the United States (229 institutions), China (84), Japan (74), the United Kingdom (64), and Germany (55).
