Having joined OGC Nice in August, Andy Delort has perfectly integrated into his new team. After an impressive October, he is among the three players nominated for the UNFP Trophy of the month.
Already crowned “Aiglon of the Month” by the local fans, the former Montpellier forward is in the running to win the title of best Ligue 1 player for October.
The 30-year-old Algerian international scored three goals in October: a penalty against Lyon, which helped the team draw 2-2, and a remarkable double against Angers.
Andy Delort already received this honor last year in November 2020, competing against Irvin Cardona (Brest) and Kevin Volland (Monaco). This time, the “Aiglon” will be vying with Lucas Paquetà (Lyon) and his former teammate at MHSC, Gaëtan Laborde (Rennes).
