A beautiful evening of water polo is set for this Saturday, May 3rd at the Jean Bouin pool.
It is the women’s team of Olympic Nice Natation that will kick off the event at 6:30 PM in the first leg of the French championship final.
In the semi-finals, while the Lille team fairly easily overpowered NC Saint-Jean-d’Angély (13-5 and 16-5), the Nice team had to fight hard to overcome Union Saint-Bruno Bordeaux (7-6 and 8-6).
As last year, the teams of Olympic Nice Natation and Lille UC will meet to compete for the French championship title, which will be decided by the best of two matches.
Right after, at 8 PM, it will be the boys’ turn to enter the game and try to beat Montpellier to finish in first place, synonymous with the best position for the play-offs.
