Latest News

This Tuesday, March 12, 2024, the novels and authors of the 28th Nice Baie des Anges Prize have been revealed.

The novels and authors chosen to represent the 28th Nice Baie des Anges Prize were presented to us this morning at the Romain Gary Library in Nice. The assembly is presided over by Franz-Olivier Giesbert, Jean-Luc Gaglio, Deputy Mayor for Education and Culture, Paule Constant of the Goncourt Academy, Irรจne Frain, Aurรฉlie de Gubernatis, Didier van Cauwelaert, Laurent Seksik, and Nicolas Galup.

For this 28th edition, the jury is composed of 10 popular readers. They come from different backgrounds, whether they are literature enthusiasts, retirees, teachers… All gathered for a single priority: to identify the winner of the prize.

They will have to meet on May 16 so that each can read the works and deliberate together on who will win the prize. The principle is that everyone can give their opinion and share what they liked or did not like. Following their meeting, the Baie des Anges prize will be awarded on May 31 by the mayor of the city of Nice, Christian Estrosi.
