When two arts meet for Valentine’s Day

Latest News

On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the artist from Contes, Audrey Bollaro, teamed up with Chef Thomas Millo from L’Auberge de la Madone in Peillon to create a dessert where their arts would be united. One is to be savored, and the other is to be worn.

On this cake, indeed, a signed and numbered creation by Audrey has been delicately placed. “It is a red heart-shaped pendant handmade, with a message written on one side,” introduces Audrey.

And what about the dessert? “It is made with Madagascar vanilla mousse, with a raspberry insert on a slightly alcohol-infused raspberry sponge cake, all on a bed of speculoos crumble covered with white chocolate,” answers Chef Thomas Millo, who heads a family institution with “L’Auberge de la Madone”.

A work of art to be enjoyed on-site or at home.
