The Higher Institute of Economics & Management (ISEM) at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis organized the Alternance Forum for the third consecutive year last Thursday on the Saint Jean d’Angรฉly Campus.
For its third edition, building on the success of the previous year, the Alternance Forum expanded and was held throughout the entire day.
Again this year, numerous companies from all sectors (Banking/Finance, Industry, Human Resources, E-Business, Tourism, International, Territorial Management, etc.) were present, offering apprenticeship and professionalization contracts.
Among the 30 companies were AMADEUS, the Nice Cรดte dโAzur Metropolis, La Poste, Orange, BNP Paribas, Crรฉdit Agricole, Caisse dโEpargne, LCL, Sociรฉtรฉ Marseille de Crรฉdit, Metro, etc.
Over 200 students, prepared through โJob Search Techniquesโ (TRE) workshops, attended to secure their alternance contracts, a true path to professional success.
ISEM, “The Business School,” organizer of this forum, has more than 3,000 students. It trains professionals at the Bachelorโs and Masterโs levels in economics and management. The courses are taught by 50 teacher-researchers, most of whom are affiliated with the GREDEG laboratory (Research Group in Law, Economics, Management), ensuring cutting-edge research knowledge.
This institute offers a wide range of professional training programs (over 400 internships in companies per year), mostly available in alternance (200 contracts every year).
This policy explains the excellent employment figures both quantitatively (81% of Masterโs students employed within 30 months) and qualitatively (83% are in executive or intermediate positions, and 66% are in permanent contracts).
Finally, for ISEM, alternance is a path to success, making the University, the Student, and the Company: A winning trio!
