Last fall, the General Council of the Alpes-Maritimes organized three days of free classical music concerts, “It’s not classic” this type of organization, is it? And yet!
For spring 2006, the General Council of the Alpes-Maritimes renews its operation by inviting you on April 14, 15, and 16 to the Acropolis of Nice for 06 on Stage. Imagine three days of free performances for everyone. Ah, there I see you coming. You are surely thinking it will be another three days of classical music concerts. Not at all. In the spring, it’s time for contemporary music, rock, French songs, cinema, theater, contemporary dance, actors’ performances, as well as sound and virtual installations, DJs, VJs, short and feature films, videos, and photographs…
In short, a plethora of arts to satisfy everyone! And a plethora of arts means a plethora of artists!
“For this first edition, ’06 on Stage’ will bring together more than 200 artists and will present around a hundred live performances. Three days during which musical installations, immersive, dreamy, and meditative experiences, as well as conferences on fashion, design, architecture, etc., will be found.”
