On January 31, 2011, from 2 PM to 4 PM, a conference-debate on the value of work with the inmates of the Nice Remand Center.


cjd-2.jpg In the presence of the director of the Nice Remand Center, Mr. Gรฉraud Delorme, the managers of the 06 Penitentiary Integration and Probation Service, and the officials of the Nice penitentiary administration.

An unprecedented experience in the PACA region, this meeting between inmates and entrepreneurs around work and enterprise embodies the values and spirit of the CJD. Jean-Franรงois Puissรฉgur, the new president of CJD Nice, has oriented his term towards solidarity within enterprises and between enterprises, as well as towards people on the margins of our society.

This conference will be followed by an evening debate starting at 7 PM at the Elysรฉe Palace Hotel in Nice for a summary of the discussions with the inmates, a presentation of the CJD partnership project with the Remand Center, and the presentation of the prison as a business by the director of the Remand Center, Mr. Delorme.
