After six consecutive defeats, Nice Volley Ball has finally managed to break the cycle of poor results by beating the last-place team in Ligue A, St Quentin, three sets to one (29-27, 22-25, 25-21, 33-31) for the 20th round of the championship.
The Nice volleyball players are now only two points behind the last non-relegation spot, Toulouse. Moreover, they still have a game in hand with the reception of Paris, which was scheduled for December 21, 2010.
In the meantime, the Nice team will host the Sรจte team on Friday, March 4 at the Palmeira hall, a club that NVB had already defeated in the Coupe de France at the end of January.
