No press conference or official communication apart from a text on the club’s website confirming that the administrative and financial issues with the FFR have been resolved and that, consequently, the RNCA will be at the start of the season in Fédérale 1.
This has delighted the many supporters of the “Violets” who were nonetheless somewhat worried about the future of the main shareholder and new president of the club’s SASP, Paul White, and the Municipal Council, who wish to position Nice rugby among the national elite.
It remains to be hoped that this “low-profile” style corresponds to the desire to prioritize the effectiveness of actions over announcements, even if, as always, choosing a middle ground would be preferable.
It seems that training has begun under the direction of the technical staff composed of Willie Johnson and Manu Boutet, both confirmed, and with many changes recorded in the team roster.
