The Community Local Mission “Objective Youth Nice Cรดte dโAzur” and the Saint-Gobain group are launching the second operation of the “100 Chances 100 Jobs” program. In this context, the Local Mission will sign a partnership agreement with the Nice Cรดte dโAzur Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The founding principle of the “100 Chances 100 Jobs” program is the fight for equal opportunity. Thanks to a solid partnership, it aims to assist the successful professional integration of 100 young people over three years, aged 16 to 25, from priority neighborhoods and more specifically from Sensitive Urban Zones (ZUS).
This is an ambitious program that allows:
– To innovate within an initiative led and supported by companies;
– To bring together companies and public actors in a common approach in favor of integration in the same employment area;
– To unite all these actors around a personalized integration path for the young person;
– To organize with a focus on results (60% of positive outcomes) with individualized follow-up for the young people.
In the territory of the Nice Cรดte dโAzur Metropolis, during this first operation, more than 100 young people benefited from this support, and 56 companies or corporate networks committed alongside the Local Mission and Saint-Gobain to support these young people.
On the occasion of the launch of the second “100 Chances 100 Jobs” operation, young people and company managers will come to share their commitment and experience.
