pme-performance_image_slider.jpg The CCI (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) of the Cรดte d’Azur has officially launched its Club PME Performance Plus. According to the institution, it is a means for companies to innovate, structure themselves to develop their competitiveness, and enhance their potential. It is also the logical continuation of the already initiated experience. The institution offers support to high-potential companies in the Alpes-Maritimes. 18 months are offered to SMEs-SMBs in the department across all sectors of activity, working closely with a CCI advisor, 18 in total, to assist them on several points (1).

“Develop your artistic expression and your capacity to innovate to steer your management towards a great organization” is the order of the day. Business leaders are therefore invited to participate in a collage workshop. A return to kindergarten? No, just a means to develop their creativity. According to the President of the CCI, “being a member of the Club is not a privilege or a reward but an enrichment just as much as a responsibility as a contributor to the dynamism and enrichment of our territory.”

He emphasizes that with this Club, companies will be able to participate in “inclusive growth.” They will benefit from their expanded skills and their own growth. According to him, companies are “the spearhead of a territory that continues to move forward, in an economic war context… Your companies make up 50 and are fairly evenly distributed: 1/3 in each sector of activity, namely industry, services, commerce, and construction.” A total of 50 companies is fairly evenly distributed: 1/3 in each sector of activity, namely industry, services, commerce, and construction. A turnover of 220 million euros for 1,400 jobs.

The Club will hold three meetings a year around a conference led by an expert.
