The administrative court of Nice has just annulled the anti-bivouac and anti-flag decrees issued by Christian Estrosi. Human Rights associations and AdN were behind the appeal.
On the political side, Jean-Christophe Picard, president of the PRG and always at the forefront when it comes to criticizing the mayor of Nice, did not delay in reacting: “I am particularly pleased with these decisions. Indeed, the values of the Republic should not be disregarded for the self-promotion of an individual who is perpetually a candidate for something!”
Everyone will also note, with some weariness, that this is not the first time the mayor of Nice has been reprimanded by the administrative judge: the night grocery store decree had already been annulled on November 22, 2013.”
