Thus, today the Department of Alpes-Maritimes is hosting the Departments of France on the occasion of a seminar for exchanging practices on combating social fraud.
This Monday, Eric Ciotti will welcome representatives from the Departments of France, primarily from the Republicans, UDI, and various right-wing factions, as part of a seminar to exchange practices focused on the policy of monitoring beneficiaries and fighting RSA fraud.
Considering the experience gained and the results achieved in combatting RSA fraud, Eric Ciotti will present the progress of the fight against social fraud in Alpes-Maritimes and the “Employment-Insertion 06” Plan to the Presidents of the Departments of France who wish to implement a similar policy in their own local governments.
Several topics will be addressed: the political and legal framework of anti-fraud actions, the control at the initiation of rights, monitoring beneficiaries’ compliance with rights and duties, the operational mechanism to fight fraud, and the plan to control allowance expenses.
