The attendance for this 2015 edition was a record in the history of the Nice Jazz Festival since its resumption under new management! Thanks to an eclectic and unifying lineup, the Festival was a tremendous success, attracting a local audience of all ages and increasingly international attendees.
In total, nearly 60,000 visitors gathered at the Nice Jazz Festival, compared to 45,420 the previous year.
The Jazz Off attracted 13,000 visitors and the Jazz IN, 46,300. Over just 5 days (as for the 2014 edition), the NJF recorded an increase in attendance of nearly 10%. The revenue of the Nice Jazz Festival increased by over 11.3%, while operating expenses for this week decreased!
The website registered over 230,000 visits since its launch on April 9th, compared to 176,000 visits in 2014, which is over 30% more visits.
Next year, the Nice Jazz Festival will take place from Tuesday, July 19 to Sunday, July 24, 2016, and will follow the Fan Zone of the Euro 2016 soccer event, which will be held on the same site from Friday, June 10 to Sunday, July 10, 2016.
