Through the 13 dates that will comprise it between March and October 2019, the Challenge Trail Nature 06, organized by the Departmental Commission for Outdoor Running Races 06 with the support of the Alpes-Maritimes Department, will once again offer a sporty tour of the Maralpin territory. Last year, more than 5,000 competitors traversed the trails of this championship.
With five new events, participants are promised the discovery of just as many new playgrounds. With the foothills of Mont Chauve (Trail de la Ratapignata), the forests surrounding Roquefort-les-Pins (Roq4Trail), the technical ridges of the Paillon Valley (Lou Camin Dei Cabra in Peillon), and the Esteron Valley (Trail des Canyons), unexplored territories will not be lacking this year.
As for the bonus round, it will be contested at the occasion of the Verticale Haut Vial in Revest-les-Roches.

This season, the historical categories, Discovery, Nature, and Trail, are disappearing in favor of two new rankings: Short Trail (up to 20 km) and Long Trail (from 21 km). The Super Challenge will still be relevant, combining the two best results in Long Trail with the three best in Short Trail. The competition is expected to be more thrilling than ever!
