In anticipation of the municipal and metropolitan elections on March 15 and 22, and in accordance with the recommendations from health authorities, all measures are being taken to allow the residents of Nice to fulfill their civic duty.
Here they are:
Preventive measures and health guidelines will be displayed in the polling stations;
The washrooms at various polling locations will be open to voters and polling station staff to allow for regular hand washing with soap. Signage will be implemented for this purpose;
Hand sanitizers will be provided in each polling station;
A substantial supply of pens will be provided for voter signatures;
Presidents of polling stations will be advised to ensure smooth flow in queues.
As of today, all polling stations in the City of Nice are fully staffed, thanks to the mobilization and commitment of volunteer voters and municipal staff.
