At least 13,832 people have died from Covid-19, including 4,889 in nursing homes and 8,943 in hospitals. The hospital death toll over the last twenty-four hours was 353 deaths (compared to 554 on Friday), announced the Director-General of Health, Jรฉrรดme Salomon, on Saturday evening.
The number of people in intensive care is slightly decreasing for the third consecutive day: 6,883 people currently require intensive care, which is 121 fewer in twenty-four hours.
In the Alpes-Maritimes, there have been 112 deaths and 79 people placed in intensive care.
