The competition for one of the Best Apprentice Restaurant Desserts in France 2019 was held as part of the Serbotel salon in Nantes.
The finalists had to compose eight plated desserts: three plates for tasting and the other five for a presentation buffet. Five of each for tasting and the rest in a presentation buffet.
