The Gym is set to register for free the arrival of a talent from the 2004 generation.

Several sources had already announced the transfer a few months ago; the young Badredine Bouanani will indeed sign his first professional contract with OGC Nice. The young 17-year-old player has been playing at Lille since 2020, participating in the LOSCโ€™s U19 and B teams. Bouanani has also played with the French U16 and U18 teams, scoring 2 goals in 15 matches. Thanks to notable performances at both club and national level, the British daily The Guardian included him in the list of the 60 greatest talents born in 2004.

Although his training club offered him a professional contract, the player who can play on the right wing and as an attacking midfielder has decided to join the club from Nice. This is a major coup for The Gym’s management as Bouanani was also sought after by OM, Monaco, and clubs abroad.

The official announcement of his arrival could take place before June 25, the opening date of the Mediterranean Games in which the French U18 team, including Badredine Bouanani, will participate.
