This Thursday at 6 PM at the Opera House, the Mayor of Nice will welcome young adults aged 18 for the citizenship ceremony, as stipulated in the electoral code.
On this occasion, he will present them with their first voter card and their citizen booklet, which outlines the fundamental principles of the Republic and democracy.
