This Thursday at 6 PM at the Forum Jorge François, the Mission Locale Communautaire Objectif Jeunes Nice Côte d’Azur, chaired by Dominique Estrosi-Sassone, is organizing a mentorship meeting.
The mentorship initiative aims to better support young people facing difficulties in entering the workforce due to their ethnic, social, or cultural origins, their disabilities, gender, or age. Volunteer mentors, whether active or retired, offer these young people their networks and knowledge of the business world. They provide them with keys to access the job market.
During these meetings, mentors and mentees will share their experiences. There will be discussions on the theme “The added value of mentorship for young people and businesses.”
