Presented multiple times by Estrosi and members of the government, this unprecedented project in France is set to truly begin next week.
Monday, January 9th, marks the official start of the Nice Police Hotel. Announced a year ago by Emmanuel Macron and Christian Estrosi, the former Saint-Roch Hospital will be transformed to make way for an unprecedented infrastructure in France.
It will be a large police hotel bringing together municipal and national police officers in one place. Although significant adaptations will need to be implemented, the Saint-Roch Hospital will not be entirely demolished, at least not entirely.
This marks the beginning of a 3-year project that will allow Nice and France to develop new forms of cooperation between national and municipal police forces.
