After canceling the 2020 edition and postponing the 2021 edition from spring to the end of summer, the Nice International Half Marathon celebrates its 29th edition.
It has grown and endured to become the second-largest running event on the Côte d’Azur, just behind its big brother, the Nice-Cannes Alpes-Maritimes Marathon, which will take place in November.
This new edition, still number 1 in the hearts of the people of Nice, invites the 4,000 registered runners (there were over 10,000 in the last edition) to the Promenade des Anglais.
But, given the circumstances, the fact that it took place is already a first victory.
Five events will characterize the morning: 21.1 km, 10 km, 5 km (a double race with a women’s event dedicated to the League Against Cancer), and 2 km for the youngest (-10 years).
