On the occasion of her New Year’s address for 2017, President Dominique Estrosi-Sassone highlighted the operations carried out in 2016 (amounting to a total of €23,099,703) as well as all the new housing construction projects throughout the Alpes-Maritimes department.
She also emphasized the efforts of Côte d’Azur Habitat in reducing the vacancy rate by 29% from 2016, with 116 vacant units (compared to 164 in 2015).
Additionally, the President recalled the efforts in Collective Heating and individual heating for an investment of €1,424,600.
Finally, the President outlined the goals for the coming year, aiming to continue improving the quality of service provided to tenants by addressing daily issues:
– Maintaining the reduction in vacancy,
– Continuing to reduce rental arrears, in collaboration with the Agencies, in particular,
– Maintaining at least 75% of claims being processed within deadlines,
– Implementing multi-year maintenance plans for the Heritage to feed into the Strategic Heritage Plan.
