For this refreshing appetizer, you donโ€™t need to be a great chef, but the effect is guaranteed!
In your fridge you have: some cooked shrimp, celeriac, Granny Smith apples, mixed greens, chives, Meaux or whole grain mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, white vinegar, balsamic vinegar for decoration.
