The association of Aquanauts of Antibes is exhibiting some of its underwater photos at the Maison de l’Environnement in Nice.

It’s hard to know what lies beneath our feet when swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. For the curious, the Aquanauts have gone diving to offer a glimpse of the little creatures teeming underwater. Nighttime photos placed in lightboxes, the only source of light in the room, create an aquatic atmosphere.
Through this exhibition, the association aims to unveil the richness of marine fauna. It showcases various and local species, to inspire both young and old to protect the sea. Mostly diver-photographers, these enthusiasts love to reveal the beauty of ocean floors, both from nearby and afar.
