Running to promote the professional integration of people with disabilities, The Challenge! returns to Nice for the fifth consecutive year.
For 12 hours, hundreds of people from Nice, beginners or experienced, will run on a one-kilometer course, taking turns individually or in teams.
The goal: to prove that everyone can achieve a victory, whether they are able-bodied or disabled.
The challenge in numbers (2016): โ 1,400 participants โ 7,000 visitors โ 12,000 euros raised in support of a disability aid fund (not specified) โ 50 partner companies.
Personal records broken: Nathalie Cuny, who is visually impaired, ran 166 km in 24 hours!
