European Heritage Days: Visitor Record Broken at the National Sports Museum

Latest News

There were many visitors this weekend at the Allianz Riviera and the National Sports Museum to enjoy the numerous tours and events organized for the European Heritage Days.

The rich program offered (tours of the museum’s reserves, OGC Nice activities, equestrian demonstrations, fun workshops for children, etc.) along with the opportunity to explore backstage at the Allianz Riviera, exceptionally open to the public, led to surpassing the 5,000-visitor mark for the first time during the entire event.

At the museum, the focus was on the recent success of Paris’s bid to host the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The weekend’s program included a presentation of the project, a look back at the Paris 1924 Olympics (the last Summer Games held in France), and photo sessions with iconic objects.
