This Wednesday, as part of the Solidarity Week, the city of Nice, its Communal Social Action Center, the Nice associative community, and OGC Nice are organizing a Futsal tournament.
The objective of this day is to exchange through the values of sport, sharing and fraternity, allowing everyone to get to know each other better and to move beyond the notions of social and educational support.
The tournament brings together mixed/male/female/users/volunteers/professionals teams from associations and services fighting against exclusion.
As part of the solidarity actions it organizes in favor of people in poverty, OGC Nice will be present: Former players, including Patrice Alberganti, Marco Di Costanzo, Janick Tamazout, and Ludovic Gallo, will participate in the tournament by joining each team. These players will strengthen the testimony of solidarity carried by each of the participants.
Sport is one of the strong vectors of hope for solidarity. The tournament is based on fair play, a message of living well together, represented by teams consisting of users, volunteers, and professionals from associations (Secours Catholique, Red Cross, neighborhood associations) and institutions (CCAS teams with the Le Village Social Center, the Emergency Shelter Abbé-Pierre).
