On October 20 and 21, NEO Enchères will travel to the Alpes-Maritimes for two days of free appraisals. On October 20, the valuations will take place in Cannes, at the Five Seas By Inwood Hotels, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The next day, the team will be in Nice, at the Westminster Hotel & Spa, at the same hours.
Participants will be able to have their jewelry, watches, sculptures, paintings, or art objects appraised by a certified auctioneer and Quentin Charraudeau, president of NEO Enchères. Each appraisal will be conducted in a confidential setting.
Between technology and human expertise
Founded in 2023, NEO Enchères has set out to modernize the world of auctions. Its approach is based on a so-called “phygital” approach, combining digital and direct contact.
Digital tools help streamline processes: object recognition by artificial intelligence, international databases, secure online sales. But the house also emphasizes human proximity. Its offices are open to the public, and regional meetings, like those in Cannes and Nice, are organized regularly.

“during an appraisal day, a client presented a box containing more than thirty gold coins of which he was completely unaware of the value. Thanks to our numismatic expertise and at a time when gold prices were at their peak, we were able to organize the sale of the entire collection at an unexpected price for him (around €30,000 net). This is exactly the kind of meeting that illustrates the importance of expertise: transforming forgotten assets into a real opportunity.”

Although the house is firmly established in Paris, it maintains a particular relationship with the Alpes-Maritimes. NEO Enchères is present there on average once a month for local meetings. These new appraisal days thus extend an already established presence.
They are also part of Quentin Charraudeau’s personal journey. A graduate of SKEMA Business School, he studied on the Sophia Antipolis campus and lived in Antibes. “It’s a real pleasure to return to a region that has been an important part of my journey, and to share the NEO Enchères adventure here today,” he confides.
