Bouygues Immobilier announces the delivery of the first apartments for sale in the Nissa’Nova residence in Nice. Located in the Riquier district, the real estate development brings together private housing, intermediate rental housing and social housing within the same residential complex.
In Nice, the Nissa’Nova residence enters a new phase with the delivery of the first housing units for sale. Developed in the Riquier district by Bouygues Immobilier, the program includes 69 housing units divided between private ownership, intermediate rental and social rental.
The development includes 19 housing units for sale, delivered in April. Thirty-two intermediate rental housing units intended for CDC Habitat are to be delivered by May. Eighteen social rental housing units for ICF Habitat will be handed over this summer.
The real estate program is part of the housing production policy being pursued in Nice. The partnership brings together Bouygues Immobilier, CDC Habitat and ICF Habitat around a residential offering intended for different household profiles.
A contemporary residence close to Nice city center
The Nissa’Nova residence was designed by architect Alain Brus. The program offers apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, with some housing in duplex format. Living spaces have been organized around open-plan kitchens.
The residential complex features a landscaped courtyard with an interior garden. Balconies, terraces and private gardens complement the housing units. Underground parking, a secure bike storage area, a stroller storage space and parking for two-wheelers are also among the listed amenities.
The residence benefits from a location close to transport and shops. The Nice-Riquier TER train station is just a few minutes’ walk away. Tramway line 1 allows you to quickly reach the city center. Nice port and the Old Town also remain easily accessible nearby.
« With the Nissa’Nova residence, we are responding to housing needs in the territory. By combining ownership, social rental and intermediate rental, we offer a diversified offering accessible to different household profiles. As a historic partner of local authorities and social landlords, Bouygues Immobilier affirms its commitment to this project developed alongside the City of Nice with CDC Habitat and ICF Habitat », adds Bruno Le Corre, regional director for the Côte d’Azur and East Var at Bouygues Immobilier.
