The Federation of Student Associations and Corporations of Alpes-Maritimes (FACE06) opens a new term with the election of a 2026-2027 board headed by Audrain Roux. After a year marked by several developments, the federation sets four priorities to strengthen its action on behalf of students and associations in the region.
The Federation of Student Associations and Corporations of Alpes-Maritimes (FACE06) is changing its governance. On the occasion of the transfer of power organized on June 13, Lucas Bonfils handed over the presidency to Audrain Roux, now heading the federation for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
This transition marks the opening of a new chapter for the student organization. This annual meeting makes it possible to assess the past term, which notably included strong positions such as during the municipal elections, to share the lessons learned during the year and to prepare upcoming actions in service of students in Alpes-Maritimes.
A new roadmap to strengthen student life
The 2025-2026 term was marked by several developments within the federation. The creation of a “Representation & Engagement” department made it possible to strengthen FACE06’s presence in university and institutional bodies. This development aims to better represent student concerns on issues related to university life.
The federation also created a vice-treasurer position responsible for developing funding, calls for projects and partnerships. This position should contribute to the deployment of new initiatives for students.
On a daily basis, FACE06 continues its support missions through its solidarity grocery stores, its student restaurant and the many projects carried out with its associative network. Awareness-raising initiatives, festive events, forums dedicated to professional integration and opportunities for exchange marked the past year.
For the 2026-2027 term, the new team wishes to continue in this direction while developing new projects. Four axes structure this roadmap: restore the federation’s internal balance, strengthen the federating role of FACE06 within its network, promote student representation and consolidate the attractiveness of the organization.
In a context marked by challenges of precarity, mental health, access to education and civic engagement, the federation intends to continue its role with higher education institutions, territorial authorities and public authorities.
The new team sums up this ambition around three objectives: “Consolidate, Mobilize, Radiate”. An orientation that comes with a call for student participation. “More than ever, the student voice matters, this project belongs to them just as much as it belongs to FACE06 and we invite them to exchange with us, debate and build together the student life of tomorrow.”
