Maintenance work on the infrastructure of the Nice tramway will modify traffic on lines 2, 3 and B from Sunday, October 25 to Thursday, December 3, 2026. Service interruptions, temporary terminals and replacement buses are planned according to construction phases, mainly in the evening.

Nice’s tramway network is experiencing several adjustments and this will continue for more than a month. Infrastructure work will require route modifications from 10:30 PM onwards, with different arrangements depending on the dates and sectors affected.

From Sunday, October 25, the last departures of lines 2 and 3 will be at 10:30 PM. Line B will not operate that day. No replacement buses will be provided. As a reminder, part of the staff of the Lignes d’Azur network are still on strike this Sunday.

From October 26 to 29, then from November 2 to 5, the last departures of lines 2, 3 and B will occur earlier in the evening. Replacement buses will then operate a loop between Saint-Isidore, the CADAM (Administrative Centre), Grand Arénas and Saint-Isidore. The first departure will be at 8:55 PM from Saint-Isidore, at line 52 stop, and the last at 12:55 AM. A bus will pass every 20 minutes. Line 12+ will also be reinforced from 8:00 PM until the end of service.

From November 8 to 12, with the exception of Wednesday, November 11, lines 2 and 3 will operate normally. After the last scheduled departures, line B will be limited to the route between Port Lympia and CADAM. The stations Méridia, La Plaine, Les Arboras / Université, Eco-Parc, Stade and Saint-Isidore will no longer be served by the tramway. Replacement buses will connect Saint-Isidore to Grand Arénas to maintain service in the area.

Lines 2 and 3 limited to Jean Médecin then to Magnan

From November 15 to 19, then from November 22 to 26, lines 2 and 3 will experience new evening restrictions. Both lines will terminate at Jean Médecin station. The stops Durandy, Garibaldi / Le Château and Port Lympia will no longer be served.

Passengers will be able to use line B between Jean Médecin and Garibaldi. The schedules of the last trams will be adjusted depending on the direction of travel and the line in question.

Finally, from November 29 to December 3, lines 2 and 3 will end their route at Magnan station. The stations Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen, Alsace-Lorraine, Jean Médecin, Durandy, Garibaldi / Le Château and Port Lympia will no longer be served by these two lines in the late evening.

Replacement buses will operate between Magnan and Port Lympia from 10:30 PM onwards. From Port Lympia, departures are scheduled every ten minutes between 10:30 PM and 11:50 PM. From Magnan, buses will depart between 10:20 PM and 11:40 PM, also at ten-minute intervals.

Lignes d’Azur invites passengers to regularly consult the lignesdazur.com website to find out the operating arrangements for each construction phase. Information will also be provided at stations, on passenger screens, by audio announcements, on social media and by email.
